Jerrica March Challenge Day 4

Sorry I missed blogging lastnight!! It was a crazy day, it's been a crazy week! Yesterday was my first day at home all week, and I'm in housework up to my ears! Ava has therapy this morning, but it lasts one hour so we're only gone from home for a little over that. (Norwood School is right down the road from my house.) I DID 30 minutes on the elliptical yesterday afternoon (Incase you haven't noticed, it's my standby, no brainer workout for days I don't feel like working out!) I know I need more resistance, but for now I still feel better at least getting my cardio in! I'm planning the exact same workout today, I forsee Mt.Laundrymore in my future!
